Commercial Services

CleanScapes provides garbage, recycling and food scraps & yard debris collection for commercial customers in Shoreline. Explore this page to learn more about your service options and manage your account.

Cart Placement

Carts and containers must not be blocked by parked vehicles or obstructions of any kind. Containers must be placed on hard, level surfaces -- impervious surfaces are recommended and required if the container needs to be rolled by the driver. Lids must be kept closed. On collection day, if material exceeds the standard capacity of the container, extra charges will be assessed.

Collection Day

Login to your account to view your collection calendar and determine your collection day.

Collection Time

Collection times may vary. Collection starts at 5 a.m. Please have all of your materials available for collection at that time. 

Holiday Schedule

Garbage, yard debris and recyclables are collected on all holidays except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. On these holidays, collection is one day later that week (including Saturdays) for all customers whose collection day falls on the holiday or later in that week.

Vacation Hold

To temporarily stop service, call our office at (206) 763-4444. You will not be billed for canceled collections if the request is made at least one week prior to the affected collection day.

Weather Delays

If extreme weather conditions make it too difficult for our trucks to provide safe collection of your materials, we will restore services as soon as possible. For the latest information on makeup collections, please see the "Service Update" on the Shoreline Homepage.

CleanScapes will collect materials from customers with interrupted service on the first day that regular service to that customer resumes (usually the next week). At that time, we will collect, at no extra charge, all accumulated volumes of materials equal to what would have been collected on the missed collection day(s).
