King County Disposal Rate Increase
On January 1, 2017, there will be a slight increase in solid waste service rates due to an increase in King County's disposal fee. These rates will be in effect January 1, 2017 - February 28, 2017.
City of Shoreline & Recology CleanScapes Solid Waste Contract Commencement
March 1, 2017 marks the commencement of a new service agreement between Recology CleanScapes and the City of Shoreline. Shoreline residents will continue to receive Recology CleanScapes service, as well as new enhancements and in many cases, lower rates. New rates are effective March 1, 2017 through December 31, 2018.
These rates are available in your 2017-2018 Service Guide, which will be mailed at the beginning of January and will be available on our website.
