Frequently Asked Questions
Is a duplex or a fourplex considered “multifamily?”
No. Apartment and condominium complexes with fewer than 5 units are considered “residential.” Please see the “residential” section for information on your services. The rates and services for multifamily and commercial are the same.
If you live in an apartment or condominium complex and you receive your invoice directly from CleanScapes (not from the property manager), please see the "residential" section of this website.
