CleanScapes redefines traditional collection services, and brings its fresh, energetic and novel approach to all it takes on. We are the trusted partner for communities seeking to enhance residential and commercial vitality by providing innovative streetscape maintenance, recycling, and solid waste services.

CleanScapes has successfully executed large-scale contract transitions for the City of Shoreline in 2008 and the City of Seattle in 2009.

Performance

We take pride in surpassing the expectations of our customers. Our consistent execution in the field and by our well versed call center staff reflects both management best practices and the use of cutting edge technology to continually improve upon service. We deliver upon what we say we will do.

Service

Our exemplary service is coupled with accountability. We hold ourselves to exceptionally high standards, and communication and transparency are important to us. We review all operational, customer service, maintenance and performance metrics at our weekly CleanStats meetings to look for efficiencies and process improvements.

Outreach

Our outreach efforts are not limited to contractual obligations. CleanScapes pioneered the Neighborhood Reduction Rewards Program for residential customers in both Seattle and Shoreline to bring awareness to the issue of waste reduction, and to reward residents through community improvement projects. Partnership

CleanScapes strives to anticipate community issues in collaboration with our City partners. Pilot programs responsive to our partners’ needs are undertaken proactively and professionally. Our Shoreline Snow Plow Program and Seattle Pike-Pine Maintenance Programs are the outgrowth of addressing those needs with the Cities we serve.

We look forward to serving your city.

“New entries to the solid waste collection industry are unusual, especially at the scale required to service a significant portion of a large city like Seattle. Despite the tremendous challenges a new company faces taking on such a herculean task, CleanScapes has proven worthy.”

Director
Seattle Public Utilities

“I know that I speak on behalf of our residents when I say that our community is very satisfied with the service they have provided. In fact, in a 2010 customer survey conducted by the City of Shoreline, the quality of CleanScapes’ solid waste service was ranked highest among the services that residents receive from the City.”

Mark Relph
Public Works Director
City of Shoreline

“The garbage company of yesterday was just concerned about collecting garbage. The garbage company of today is concerned about collecting garbage, recycling and yard waste. But the garbage company of tomorrow, similar to CleanScapes is working to reduce the amount they actually collect.”
