CleanScapes conducts three kinds of waste audits ranging from a thorough sort to a quick visual analysis of the material in your garbage and recycling. FREE On-Site Audits

CleanScapes provides free on-site waste audits for all commercial customers and multi-family complexes looking to reduce waste, save money and improve their recycling programs. We'll meet at your office; evaluate your garbage, recycling and food waste collection systems; and provide recommendations and tools for recycling more or reducing waste altogether. Full Day Audit

A "full day audit” consists of a thorough sort of up to 100% of your daily garbage and recycling. This information provides a baseline against which you can track progress toward your waste reduction and recycling goals. CleanScapes will haul your materials to a sorting facility, and then separate, weigh and estimate the volume of 1) all recyclables and compostables in your garbage, and 2) all recyclables in your recycling. You will receive specific recommendations for reducing waste and increasing recycling. The cost of an audit depends on your garbage service level and the amount of material sorted.


LEED Audit for Existing Buildings (LEED-EB)

A LEED-EB audit is similar to a full day audit but the results are provided in the format needed to meet the US Green Building Council documentation requirements for LEED Certification. Based on the audit results, we will develop recommendations for inclusion in your LEED waste management plan. The cost of an audit depends on your garbage service level and the amount of material sorted.
