Will my rates change?

Yes, your rates will change effective November 1, 2011. If you are a residential customer, your garbage collection rates will be lower and unlimited recycling is still included. More information on services and rates can be found in the User Guide that will be attached to your new containers delivered in October. 

If you are a commercial or multi-family customer, you will find more information on services and rates in the User Guide being mailed to you in October.
